Baywatch: Terry leaves the house in the morning and leaves a note for Jake. He goes to the dock where Clare�s sailboat is. He takes his dog Spencer with him and sails away. Jake finds the note and tells Allie and Jessie that he needs some clues about where Terry is hiding. Allie tells Jake that he can go through Clare�s old stuff and maybe find a clue there. Jake is surprised to find his old 1963 Corvette in Clare�s garage. He didn�t think she had kept it all this time. While looking through her stuff, he finds a letter Clare was supposed to send him. In the letter, Clare has written that she had to leave him because he could never settle down at one place. He then realizes that Terry is a lot like his mother. And he knows that Clare always went sailing when she faced a big decision. He tells Allie and Jessie about it and they go up in the air to search for him. Meanwhile, Mitch and Jake go out in a rubber ducky. Allie and Jessie finds Terry just when he is about to hit some rocks with the sailboat. Terry is tossed overboard when the sailboat hits the rocks. But Spencer is left onboard. Terry is picked up by Mitch and Jake in the rubber ducky and then Jake swims to the sailboat and rescues Spencer. Later Jake and Terry visits Clare�s grave together. Jake promises Terry that they will stay in Australia. But he will teach him stuff about California so that Terry will beg him to take him there. But Terry tells him that he will teach him stuff about Australia instead. Meanwhile, Kendra tries to tire Cody out before the race by going for a swim in the swimming pool. Nickie sneaks into Mitch�s room while he is sleeping and makes a mess so that it looks like he had a wild night. So when Alex comes to wake him up the next morning, she gets upset and jealous. Then she leaves with Mitch close on her heels. That�s exactly what Nickie wanted. But the door closes behind him, catching his towel. He can�t open the door to get back into the room. Then he has to endure embarrassment as two women pass by. During the climbing stage of the contest, Nickie falls several feet and hangs upside down in her rope. Before Mitch pulls her up, he forces her to confess that they didn�t spend the night together. Nickie tells him that it was Kip�s idea. Later during the two-man wave runner race, a girl trapped under a rock needs to be rescued. They stop the race to get her out. First they try to lift the rock but its too heavy. After tying a rope around the rock, they uses the wave runners to pull it off so that the little girl can be rescued. After the competition, the Baywatch lifeguards decide to stay in Australia for a while.
