Deadly Women: Stacey Barker is at first a devoted single mother to 18-month-old Emma, but the novelty of motherhood wears off, and she spends her nights partying while her mother watches Emma. When Stacey's boyfriend tells her he does not want to be a father to Emma, she resorts to suffocating her daughter, then trying to disguise the murder as a kidnapping/rape. Kelly Silk is a born-again Christian and a mother of four children, including a 2 month-old baby. However, Kelly is a tortured soul, having witnessed her own mother's suicide as a child and continuing to suffer from extreme post-partum depression, which spirals out of control. Kelly goes on a rampage which results in the deaths of her husband, two of her children, and herself. At age 4, Nicole Diar survived being severely burned over most of her body. At 28, she has a 4-year-old of her own, Jacob. However, she is an unfit mother, leaving Jacob in the care of irresponsible teenage babysitters and drugging him with codeine to get him to sleep. In August 2003, Nicole kills Jacob and sets their Ohio home on fire to cover the evidence.
