Fear Factor UK: This semi-final round featured the other twelve of this season's 24 winners. The two contestants remaining at the end of this episode would win a new 2004 Mazda RX-8 and advance to the final episode where they would compete with the two winners of the previous semi-final episode for the title of Fear Factor Grand Champion and $100,000. Stunt #1 (Double helicopter drop) Going two at a time, contestants would be hanging by trapeze bars under a helicopter. As the helicopter flew over a group of 12 buoys, they would have to drop into the water and search under the buoys for flags. There was one yellow flag and one orange flag hidden among the buoys. When a contestant found a flag, they would have to swim to the matching color-coded platform and post the flag. The winner of each race would advance to the next round and the loser would be eliminated. Stunt #2-Men (Pot Luck Dinner) The men would be eating at a Fear Factor buffet. There was a table with 13 holes; each hole contained a disgusting food item that had been featured this season. The items were cow spine (321), balut egg (315), raw ostrich egg (310), cow snout (321), maggoty cheese (309), 100-year-old eggnog (311), liquefied pig liver (315), bull penis (302), fish eyeballs (317 and 323), cow eyeballs (323), blended worms and roaches (322), cod sperm (305), and coagulated blood (317). Each man would have to reach into 4 holes and guess what was inside. If they guessed correctly, they would not have to eat it. If they were incorrect, they would have to eat what was in the hole. After everyone had gone, the two men to consume their food items the fastest would advance to the next round. The slowest man would be eliminated. Stunt #2-Women (Mouse tank) The women would be in a water tank full of dead feeder mice. They would have to use their mouths to retrieve only the black mice and place them in a receptacle outside the tank. The two women to retrieve the most black mice in 3 minutes would advance to the next round. The woman to get the least black mice would be eliminated. Stunt #3 (Checker platform) As water rained down on them, contestants would have to transfer flags from the edges to the center of a large square-shaped Plexiglas platform. The platform had large holes in it, and it would be pitching and rocking the whole time. The two contestants to transfer the most flags the fastest in 2 minutes would win a 2004 Mazda RX-8 and advance to the final episode of the Fear Factor Championship.
