The car driver, who's only had his license for two months, says the scooter rode in front of him. But is head injury is worrying and so he's sent to hospital to rule out any serious head injury.Paramedic Mark and Police Constable Ben attend a two-car collision, where one car has been shunted from behind when a second car skipped a red light and smashed into it, dash cam footage confirms the events as the officers see the car travelling at speed into the traffic light, causing it to bend a traffic light over the fast lane of a dual carriageway.
